In 2022, Skyline Retail REIT completed a 13,200-square-foot addition to the property which is now occupied by PetValu and Rexall Pharmacy. The Rexall Pharmacy features a 112.7 kW DC/90 kW AC solar energy-producing rooftop system and is the first solar-equipped asset in the REIT’s portfolio. The property also features two EV charging stations.
Two additional retail pads are currently under development at the property, which will add approximately 13,600-square-feet of retail space for five tenants by 2024.
